Cubemint Notes #2: we’re LIVE!
The Cubemint app is now available on the App Store. And a few other updates.
Our second product notes blog is one to be pretty excited about.
The past weeks the Audio Metaverse team has been working on getting the app ready for release in the App Store. This week we got the wonderful news that Cubemint is now available to download in the App Store!
But before that… some updates

We created a forest Cube
All the Cubes in Cubemint have their own unique setting. The main Cube on the platform has a complete forest setting for you to try out with your friends. We matched up the sound with the 3D modeling of the space to create a truly immersive experience.
Just a few weeks ago, we tried it out with a user and this was their response.

What are we working on?
In the first product notes blog we shared that the team is working on motion detecting, a crypto wallet connection and a minting feature. However, to make all of this as fun and easy to use as possible, it also has to be accessible.
Making the metaverse inclusive and accessible will be one of the biggest challenges for us and the whole industry. It doesn’t make it any less of a priority though.
We wanted for Cubemint to have the most immersive experience, bringing spatial audio and 3D modeling together. Nevertheless, Apple’s Voice Over doesn’t allow tagging of 3D design. This means we will have to come up with some creative solutions to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone. That means partially sighted and blind people included!
